TINLEY PARK, Ill. — The Tinley Park Police Department has cited two women for their alleged roles in a physical altercation that took place outside of a business on Nov. 17 in the 8000 block of W. 183rd Street.
According to a news release issued by the Village of Tinley Park, police said two women — Azia Taylor, 31, of Flossmoor, and Beatriz Luna-Delgado, 33, of Crete — were leaving the business when one of the women hit the other's vehicle with her vehicle's door. Police believe this is what started the incident.
"Police checked nearby video surveillance footage but were unable to determine who started the fight," the news release stated. "Police are still seeking additional video and independent witnesses who may have seen the incident. Because of this and the conflicting accounts both parties gave, police cited everyone involved for Fighting in Public, including Luna-Delgado's husband, David O'Donnell, 35, of Hobart, Indiana, who was observed attempting to separate the two combatants when officers arrived."
All involved were given a hearing date, per the news release.
