RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — A 36-year-old man who was reported missing in Rancho Santa Margarita Sunday was found by Orange County sheriff deputies Monday afternoon safe and unharmed, the Orange County Sheriff's Department said. The OCSD issued the notification on Twitter, after sheriff deputies called upon the public to report any possible sightings of Joseph Schisler early Monday morning. Schisler was considered a "critical missing person" after he was last seen Sunday afternoon, walking in the area of Via Helena and Via Jacinto, which is near the area of Antonio Parkway and Avenida de las Banderas.
