Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 11/29/2021 4:38 AM 11/28/21 2021-3354, Theft Under $500:  On 11/28/21 at 3:03 p.m., sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the 9500 block of Lisbon Road, Lisbon Township for a report of a theft under $500  This incident is under investigation.    2021-3354, Theft Under $500:  2021-3355, In-State Warrants:  On 11/28/21 at 8:13 p.m., sheriff's deputies served three outstanding warrants in the 100 block of Willoughby Court in Yorkville. Taylor S. O'Neill, a 23-year-old female from the 100 block of Willoughby Court was taken into custody for a Kendall County failure to appear warrant for driving while license suspended, a Kane County failure to appear warrant for possession of cannabis, and a Dekalb County failure to appear warrant for driving while under the influence. Bond for each of the warrants were set as follows: Kendall - $3000 x 10%, Kane - $3000 x 10%, Dekalb - $5000 x 10%. O'Neill was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.     The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
