Our growing local business is looking for an EXPERIENCED high-energy outgoing individual with a customer service focus to join our team as a retail associate at the Charlotte Flower Market. We offer a competitive hourly wage, based on experience, with paid time off for full time staff. Prior experience in the floral industry a plus but not required. Duties will include, but not be limited to: Providing an exemplary retail sales experience for walk in customers Selling, assisting and taking customer orders over the phone Cash handling and POS operation Stocking and maintaining an attractive sales floor and flower coolers MUST be Outgoing & able to engage with Customers both in person and on the phone! Qualified applicants should minimally possess the following skills: Customer service experience including sales experience Cash handling experience Ability to multi task High level of attention to detail Computer and Internet proficient Professional demeanor and appearance Bilingual English Spanish a bonus for our diverse clientele FULL or PART time PERMANENT positions available. A flexible schedule including some weekend(Saturday & Sunday) shifts is required for this position. We are a growing company with lots opportunity for advancement.
