Please note that this sign-up form is for Dayton Mediation Center volunteers only. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please visit our website. ********************* DMC Volunteers, Please sign up for the Saturday(s) you plan to come in to volunteer for the fourth quarter of 2020! Special Notes for Quarter 4: Please note that CIP panelists are needed on October 17, November 21, and December 19. We will be closed on October 31, November 28, December 26 and January 2. To sign up for a Saturday, follow these simple steps: Click on the "Select a Date" dropdown menu to the right Select the Saturday that you wish to volunteer (this should correspond to the Saturday you normally sign up for, but if you aren't available that Saturday for some reason you may select any other Saturday) On the next page, click the "Register" button Select the "Checkout" option Input in your name and email address and submit!
