You will be helping us fulfill orders for some really cool small businesses! Some of the big fulfillment companies can really screw over the little guys and bleed their business dry with crazy margins, slow fulfillment times, and horrible accuracy. You will be helping the little guys succeed by giving their customers an amazing experience (all while never seeing a customer in real life)! We are passionate about working smart and working hard, we are constantly striving to improve and better ourselves so we can better support our clients and each other. If you love systems, organization, and are hyper detail-oriented, this would be a great fit. Plus, there is a good amount of variety every day since you'd be fulfilling orders for several different brands throughout each shift. Living wage? Of course. We pay $17.50/hr to start. Job includes: preparing and printing shipping labels, applying shipping labels to bubble mailers and boxes, building boxes, picking items from our inventory to fulfill orders, packaging orders, refilling inventory, keeping track of inventory, bulk updating tracking numbers to our system, checking the quality of items, coordinating and receiving order changes with the customer service department. This is a very small team and we all work closely together (socially distant). Team player mentality required. Experience is great, but not required. Everything is teachable, we are looking for the right attitude first and foremost. Proof of vaccine required.
