Emergency Restoration & Cleaning, a locally owned and operated company that has been serving the greater Sacramento area since 2010 is looking for an Estimator. Emergency Restoration & Cleaning provides complete solutions for water damage restoration, fire/smoke damage, and mold remediation. The Estimator is responsible for providing oversight and scopes throughout the entire restoration process. Compensation: • Base starting salary: $75,000 or DOE • Employee is eligible for quarterly bonus • Company vehicle, cell phone and laptop provided Benefits: • Company pays $250 monthly toward health plan • Dental & Vision covered 100% for employees • Retirement plan • Company vehicle, computer, and cell phone Responsibilities: • Respond to property damage emergency calls • Create scope and estimate to mitigate water damaged and fire damaged structures • Maintain project efficiency and profitability • Negotiate restoration services and insurance claims settlements • Establish and maintain client and vendor relationships • Provide positive team leadership Requirements: • 3+ years’ experience preferably in the restoration/construction industry • Xactimate experience is required • Exceptional organizational and planning skills • Ability to recognize and solve problems independently • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated, responsible and accountable • Professional appearance • Must be willing to undergo and pass a background check and have a clean driving record
