As a Foreman, you’ll be counted on to provide leadership and technical expertise for a roofing crew of three to ten members. You’ll be responsible for safety, quality, customer service, and productivity as you ensure the successful completion of residential and small commercial projects. Ability to follow all OSHA and company safety procedures is required. Qualifications: This role requires an outstanding customer-focused, detail-oriented leader with: • A minimum of two years of experience • Knowledge and understanding of relevant Cal-OSHA standards and other applicable regulations • Ability to perform all duties of the Roofer and Lead Roofer • CPR and first aid certifications • Computer skills with Microsoft and Google programs. • Strong mechanical/construction abilities • Excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills • Ability to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks (up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance) • Ability to drive truck and trailer • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record You will: • Organize, lead, and train crew members • Effectively manage all aspects of the roofing workflow • Maintain project documentation • Possess excellent problem-solving skills • Maintain consistent customer relations throughout installation • Provide feedback to management • Perform service calls when necessary • Excellent attendance is essential for the team to achieve success Job Types: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Bonuses/Performance Incentives • Holidays off
