A little black fluffy cat has come to my porch for two months. Two weeks ago I got it neutered. It’s been in my basement bathroom for two weeks. I cannot keep him. He lets me pet him and pick him up but he still afraid of people. Can you socialize him and kind of tame him.?If so, please reply. You can either keep him or adopt him out.
