Description
Beautiful German Shepard with white eyes and a RED collar or tie around it's neck. Red collar looks more like a torn off leash or something that it may have been tied up with. Seems friendly but is very scared! The dog has been on Reservoir Lane close to Hartnell for a while but hides. When it comes out, it's running around in the street which is small but busy. It's scared but wants to be rescued. At the end of the week I will call Haven to pick it up before it gets killed but wanted to post this first.
