Hey I’m Kyle I’m a flooring sub contractor looking for a helper or maybe two people. I’ve posted ads many times on here guys get the job work week then flake out. 8 guys at least so far. So I’ll be as clear as possible. I need someone to cut up carpet, open boxes and help clean. I can teach you more as we go abd pay you the more you learn. I give bonuses for great performance helping me finish jobs early etc. I start at 15 an hour and go up from there. If you’re a quick learner and motivated I can pay you better in 2 weeks. Get raises as you speed me up. Please don’t be someone who has to be on their phone 24/7. I’m easy to get along with I know how it is people have lives they need to talk on their phones but when you start doing it 50 times a day it takes away from working. My jobs are mostly from Sarasota to North Port and everything in between. I would have to have somebody that drove I cannot pick somebody up. If you were driving then you can come and go as you please I usually work from roughly 8 o’clock to roughly 5 o’clock. I’m 39 I’d prefer you get people male or female welcome. I just find that it’s a fast-paced job sometimes and being on and off of your knees is hard on older folks. If I can just find 1 motivated person we can both make lots of money together. Listen to your own music all day work with little to no supervision from me once you pick it up. It’s a good job in a lot of ways especially for someone who wants to learn a trade. There’s no drug test I don’t care but I sub for Home Depot and they do require a background check that only takes a day or two but requires a relatively clean background. Obviously we all have charges me included but relatively clean.
