Downtown business seeking a skilled handyman for various jobs. This could be a long-term position with part-time hours. Current task needed immediately require installing a washer/dryer into a space that will need modifications. Other tasks include remodeling an office suite (new floors, paint, lighting), and other updates will happen almost monthly. You can work whenever is best for you- we can get you your own key to the building. Must be trustworthy and background checks are done before hiring. For anyone willing to commit to this position for long-term we can on-board you as an employee, or continue with cash-pay.
