Looking for a land on which to convert a school bus

Hi all, My partner and I are college students looking to buy and convert a school bus into a camper. We need somewhere to put it after we purchase it (either late winter or early spring until end of May) where we can store it and work on it. We would need to bring tools and materials while we work on it. A sheltered / indoor place would be best. If there are any landowners or farmers here who would be willing to give us a spot, we would be very appreciative! Willing to pay a fair price. We are in Ithaca, willing to store it on land up to 45 minutes away.
