I have about 100 hours of immediate landscaping/yard clean up that needs doing right now on a residential property and may need monthly maintenance afterwards. Job includes leaf and debris clean up, maintaining gravel driveway, repairing fence, maintaining/mulching garden beds, taking construction waste to the dump etc. Having a pick up truck or trailer is essential.
