APARTMENT MAINTENANCE FULL TIME (Chanute, KS) Beacon Management has a full time opening for an experienced maintenance technician for a 42-unit apartment community in Chanute, KS. Qualified candidates will have a current driver's license, own reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check. Must be available to be in on-call for snow and emergencies. Job duties include, but are not limited to; lawn care/landscaping maintenance, general maintenance, cleaning (turning vacant units and other general cleaning duties), drywall repair, light plumbing & electrical, painting. HVAC certification is not required, but encouraged. Applicants must be task and detail oriented, able to manage time effectively, and maintain a positive, professional relationship with supervisor, tenants, vendors, and other employees. Hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday and on call, emergency maintenance duties as necessary.
