Share in profit upside, long term vested interest potential for the right candidate Car wash management experience and detailed knowledge of high end processes including ceramic coating and multi stage buffing is a must. Established successful car wash is looking for a new leader. We are looking to transition into a high end detailing service as well as maximise the existing hand car wash business. You will take a percentage of the additional profits that you create as well as making an hourly rate for running the existing operations. We are willing to structure a plan that grants you ownership in the business over time if certain revenue goals are met. Must be willing to be a hands on operator, this is not a sit in the office position.
