Commercial Property Services of New Mexico provides property maintenance services in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. Job Title: Day Porter - Exterior Cleaner Overview: Visit assigned properties each day throughout Albuquerque to maintain cleanliness by sweeping up and removing litter and debris. Compensation: Starts at $12.00/hr Employment Type: Part Time - About 20 hours per week. Shifts start at 7AM and are 6 hours on average. Job Duties: Sweep walkways, sidewalks, parking lots and other areas as assigned. Empty trash receptacles. Wipe down door handles and frames, trash receptacle lids, etc. Maintain cleanliness by collecting and removing litter and debris from premises to include parking lots and landscaping. Assist in snow removal (seasonal). This is not a difficult job, but attention to detail is a must have. Essential Qualifications: Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Must have a valid drivers license. Must have your own reliable transportation that is insured. (You will need a vehicle to get to various properties) Must have a track record of being dependable. Be capable of working independently. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Job Title: Pressure Washing Assistant Overview: Visit assigned properties at night throughout Albuquerque to maintain cleanliness by pressure washing. Compensation: Starts at $12.00/hr Employment Type: Part Time - About 15 hours per week, more or less depending on the week. Shifts start at around 7PM and go to 12-1AM. This job is performed year round as long as temperatures are above 32 degrees. Job Duties: Pressure wash commercial properties as directed. Essential Qualifications: Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Must have a track record of being dependable. Be capable of working independently. This is a very physical job.
