Beach Boys tribute band searching for drummer

Kansas City based Beach Boys tribute band is currently searching for a drummer. We are a seven-piece band when complete, with five out of six of us currently adding to harmonies and lead vocals. We are looking for someone who is professionally minded and dedicated to helping us build a successful live act. This project currently features members of Vinyl Revival, Instamatics, and Boogie Wonderland. We rehearse once a week and focus on preparing ourselves by practicing on our own time. We are currently two months in and are looking to be playing our first show no later than July of 2022 with one or two warm-up events prior to that. Vocal ability is a huge plus and performance audio and/or video samples are very appreciated as well. OTHER INFO: We play to a click and use light backing tracks on a handful of songs We ask all interested parties to have professional equipment We rehearse close to the Olathe area and have a drum kit available for rehearsals We use IEMs and don’t have amps on stage There will be eventual travel involved for weekends, etc. Experience and passion for Beach Boys material are huge plusses Attention to detail is very important as we are recreating a live Beach Boys sound We will be putting together a detailed live show complete with outfit changes Business plan available by request
