***POSTPONED*** FitFest is a functional fitness competition and festival to raise funds for Veteran Companion Animal Services (VCAS). *** FitFest has been postponed due to the coronavirus situation. A future date has not been decided. We will update this page and the facebook event page once we have made a decision about rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding. **************** Join us at Delaware Fit Factory for a day of fitness, fundraising, philanthropy, freedom, and BEER! Functional Fitness Competition: M/F pairs. Beginner & Advanced divisions.Hourly Heats from 10am-3pm with 2 epic WODs and a max weight barbell complexMini-contests between heats for prizesSilent AuctionAfter party within walking distance at Old Dog Alehouse and Brewery!Grab a partner and throw down for an amazing cause! The winning team from each division will receive an award! All participants will receive a shirt (shirt deadline 4/10) and sweet drawstring swag bag with a WOD and DONE package plus lots of extra goodies from our sponsors. Participants 21 and older will also receive a drink ticket for the after party at Old Dog Alehouse and Brewery! Between competition heats there will be mini-contests for prizes, including 1 minute max row, 1 minute max bike, most consectutive pull-ups, and more! A minimum $5 donation is required to sign up for the mini-contests. There will also be a silent auction and food truck! Proceeds from the event will go to Veteran Companion Animal Services, a central Ohio charity dedicated to enriching the lives of veterans, military families, and dogs through the many benefits of the human-animal bond.
