Home remodeling contractor seeks carpenter/project manager with experience in many aspects of the construction industry. The opening is for a full time 40 hour a week position. You will be managing subcontractors as well as hands on carpentry. Some paperwork and ordering materials, strong client relations and customer service mindset. Must be able to provide valid paperwork for employment in the US. Prefer applicants with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience. Good communication skills, honesty, good people skills and commitment to quality a necessity. Minimum Qualifications: Three years experience in the residential remodeling industry Ability to read blueprints Familiarity with multiple trades involved in residential remodeling Dependable truck Clean driving record Assortment of quality tools Our company offers a competitive salary and benefits package as well as strong potential for job growth.
