Looking for an all around handyman/maintenance person for a large mobile home park in Oceanside, CA. Must be able to do light Electrical, Plumbing, clean up, raking and blowing grass and streets. Must be able to solely lift at least 50 lbs, take direction from on site management and corporate office.
