Whatever concerns or worries you have, we'll support you in overcoming them and guide you through a series of yoga poses that are beneficial for all bodies and experience levels. Yes, you are flexible enough, young enough, healthy enough, fit enough, and all the "enoughs" to begin this wonderful thing we call yoga.
