Manual labor. property maintenance. quick with the big, stupid shit. digging, gravel, wheelbarrow good basic painting. i dont use a sprayer, cut and roll only. quality prep work. use vulcum where its called for, outside. basic repairs to siding and trim to preserve the longevity of the seal. interior only the very basic cut and roll. some caulking. basic auto mechanic work. no diagnosis. parts replacement. have a good knowledge of power and hand tools, can identify hardware, wood materials, and metal materials. i am not vaccinated. will not wear a mask while working. currently without running/legal vehicle, but that's why i'm advertising. 15 dollars an hour for first 5 days, 20 dollars an hour after that. david i do not have the internet on my phone. a call is good.
