We are currently hiring for the position of: Cashier Pit Master\Grill Cook\Line Cook Drivers Food Truck Operations can varies from 5am - 9:00pm most shift can be flexible. Shop Location: West Valley Inside of Lucie Sage and Sand Bar and Grill {Glendale & Litchfield} 10am – 10pm (Sun-Thur) 10am 1am (Friday & Sat) Food Truck route changes daily. Most city visited West Valley, Phoenix, North Scottsdale, Tempe.. Shared Tips, Free meal Requirements: * Must be capable of lifting 70+ lbs (will be moving\lifting lots of product) * Must be willing to Learn the Art of BBQing and Southern Soul Food Cooking * Must have Ability to adjust and adapted to change * Health Dept. Food Handlers Card * Must be capable of lifting 50+ lbs (will be moving\lifting lots of product) *Ability to work 8+ Hr Shift * Own transportation to and from Lunch and Dinner Stops and events. * Time Management (Important) :))))) * Cleaning of Truck, Shopping For Truck, Setup, Breakdown, and Clean up Basic Daily Food Duties * Must have a sense of humor, and people person Call for phone interview.
