TEK Fitness Distributors is the leading provider of quality preventative maintenance and service of commercial fitness equipment in Arizona. We are currently recruiting for a reliable, motivated, and customer service-oriented individual whose desires are to be a part of a leading team of fitness equipment professionals. We encourage all mechanically inclined individuals with experience in the service and repair industry to apply. This position involves maintenance, repair, and cleaning of the interior and exterior of various types of fitness equipment for both cardio and strength equipment. Fitness Equipment Service Technician Primary Responsibilities: • Travel to the customer job site • Inspect, calibrate, and clean and test fitness equipment • Evaluate equipment for repair; prepare notes, parts list and labor estimates for a repair quote • Complete repairs with parts ordered; test that machine is back in full working order • Provide communication to the customer regarding the current status of equipment, any repairs needed, and time frame for completion • Look for additional opportunities for revenue from service/warranty work and PM contracts on additional machines • Look for additional opportunities for incremental revenue for new equipment and/or fitness accessories Benefits • $17.00 - $23.00/hour depending on experience • Monthly bonuses available based on performance • 401(k) Plan • Medical / Dental / Vision • Paid time off
