East Valley Landscaping Company has an opening for an Account Manager with experience in Landscape Maintenance. Job Description: - Management of daily operations for the maintenance crews - Scheduling of routine maintenance - Communication with, and liaison for, the clients and crews - Perform site inspections and meetings with clients to ensure quality and service meet expectations - Problem-solving and customer satisfaction - Safety monitoring and training - Assist in promoting and disciplinary action of crew members - Oversee truck & tool maintenance and repairs - Lead and train crew members toward continual improvement - Help crews establish priorities and implement them - Oversee time management and record-keeping of job - Input on planning and strategy for reaching company goals - Quality Control - Positive attitude and willing to assist with any task as needed Experience and Qualification requirements: - Valid Arizona Driver’s License - Minimum of two years supervisory experience in landscape maintenance - Knowledge of safety practices - Knowledge of basic irrigation repairs and clock adjustments a plus - Strong organizational skills - Good communication through strong verbal and writing skills - Ability to work well with others
