Apartment Community looking for a full-time RELIABLE, HONEST; HARD WORKING Landscaper/Porter/JR Maintenance laborer. Duties shall include: • Mopping / sweeping floors • Picking up trash throughout the property • Clean pool deck and furniture • Raking, mowing & edging • Hedge trimming and leaf blowing • Checking Irrigation • Fertilizing Occasionally there will be trenching, planting, and repairing irrigation, drainage installation and other small enhancement projects. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently, have a positive attitude, be clean, neat, and courteous. We are looking for detail hard-working, individuals that are self-motivated and take pride in their work. Requirements • At least one year experience in yard maintenance. • Knowledge in irrigation drainage and plant installation. • Ability to use Landscaping gas power tools. • Ability to carry/lift 50 pounds. • Valid California license is a plus.. • Team Player and willing to help with other duties as assigned.
