Flooring Liquidators is seeking dependable individuals who are looking for a great opportunity with a growing company! We are the largest privately owned flooring company in California and are looking for an entry level salesperson to join our team. Must possess the following qualities to succeed. - Excellent customer service skills - Outgoing personality with good written and verbal communication - Energetic team player - Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Repeatedly - Valid driver’s license - Intermediate computer and math skills - Able to pass pre employment drug screen We offer a comprehensive compensation package which includes: - Competitive hourly wage DOE - Medical, Dental, and Vision (full time) - Paid vacation (full time) - Matching 401 K after 1 year (full time) - Set schedules, closed Sundays This position entails sales support while training including customer service, answering phones, warehouse duties, cleaning, and property maintenance. This can be either a part time or full time position. Training will be provided in product knowledge, estimating material and labor costs, and follow up techniques to generate sales. Experienced salespeople are also encouraged to apply, starting hourly wage will be calculated on a sliding scale DOE.
