YOU CAN MAKE BETWEEN $42,000 TO $70,000 A YEAR - Contractors will work locally where they live within a 30 mile radius or less - Familiar with maintenance tools and equipment - Own reliable transportation. Preferably a truck or van. To go to the job sites. - Ability to handle physical workloads and lift over 60lbs by THEMSELVES - Monthly Drug Test. - Bilingual is a plus! - Strong customer service skills REQUIRED! - Able to Multi-task and keep papers, part orders, etc. organized. - Good computer skills and common sense - Ability to read, write and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos in English - Paid weekly - Required to go to Free Training, 2 times a year to improve skills on new units and updates - Good job for someone who needs to pick up kids and run errands because jobs have flexible time frames - THIS IS A 1099 JOB ( You pay your own taxes and write off your expenses at the end of the year ) - We help and pay to file your taxes at the end of the year at no cost to you if needed.
