Need a person who can do some basic janitorial services for a small professional building with tenants. These duties include cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, light dusting and vacuuming of all suites twice weekly. Light handyman duties would include lightbulb changing and minor repairs. Monday and Thursday hours would be from 6pm to 10pm, in general. Additional hours would be added on for any handyman jobs that would occur.
We are also requiring this same person to clean up both parking lots. This would include blowing the leaves that accumulate, trimming trees, and washing the parking lot as needed. This needs to be done in the morning as needed. Weekends could be used for this part of the position.
We are looking for a reliable and dependable person who is flexible in the hours needed to work and has a good variety of skills.
