RWC Construction Inc. is a General Building Contractor specializing in both Rural and Residential Construction. Our mission is simple, we want to streamline the building process for our clients, providing you with a smooth and enjoyable building process without the mess and confusion. We are seeking a Construction Foreman to join our team! You will manage onsite labor, daily tasks and production. Responsibilities: Coordinate supplies, tools, and equipment being onsite when needed. Responsible for identifying changes in the scope of work and following the change order process. Meet the overall Job Schedule and complete a two week look-ahead every week Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Complete daily reports, timecards, tags, safety meetings and injury reports Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of supervision experience within the residential market, and 5+ years construction experience Ability to competently and accurately read and interpret blueprints Be familiar with OSHA regulations and UBC regulations The ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly Must have a complete grasp of English language. Spanish an asset Have a valid driver's license with a clean record
