Wanted:BASS player in Latin,Straight Jazz & Brazilian rhythms(read) (Fontana & Surrounding To be within 45 minutes - of distance to avoid heavy traffic..... ''I am looking for a bass player who is able to handle the styles mentioned below.''... To have a once a week rehearsal/jam at mid-day. I would prefer a''Mature 50 + or ''A RETIRED" player whose into music theory with full knowledge in - reading chord structures in all keys - and have improvisation skills.My instruments are the Vibraphone and Piano. Its very rare to get gigs in those styles these days, since rock & country music are most popular! Maybe getting a gig ''here and there'' in some restaurant for a sophisticated audience that likes Jazz tunes from the golden era of the 20's through the 80's.... Straight ahead Jazz, using rhythms of Bossa Nova, Swing, Ballads and Samba (A-must to know..) Please, do not respond if you cannot meet all of the above exactly what -this ad demands-..
