We are a solar company based out of Elk Grove. I am looking for a few workers to train in my ways of doing things. Incredibly friendly work environment. Equal employment opportunity to anyone that will work hard. Will train welding. Can help you get signed up for electrician trainee courses. Having an ET card/electrical capabilities is a huge boon. Starting pay is $16 but promotions come fast based on how hard you work/get done. With an ET card starting pay is 18 Easy company to survive in. Just show up on time and work hard. Higher positions also open up but we inside promote exclusively. This job posting is open to everyone. No one is under qualified as We will train everything ourselves. No prior knowledge needed, just work ethic.
