We have 65 warehouse sites across the U.S. This branch services our customers by delivering medical equipment to and from the customer site, as well as repairing and sanitizing the equipment. We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager for our Sacramento, CA site to manage our operations staff. You will manage a team of technicians and a fleet of commercial (Non CDL) company box trucks. Schedule 7 AM – 4 PM/Base Pay: $58,240.00 annually/exempt position. Other specific tasks include: • Oversee fleet maintenance of company delivery vehicles • Ensure scheduling of routes to optimize fleet usage • Manage monthly inventory for the branch and all associated reporting procedures including profit & loss • Ensure adherence to OSHA, HIPAA & other compliance/regulatory guidelines as applicable • Assist the team as needed with delivery/picking up of equipment, repair and sanitization To be successful in this role, you will need: • College degree or 3-5 years managing a warehouse & a strong, thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations • Requires a valid driver’s licenses with a clean driving record as well as ability to obtain DOT Certification (paid by employer) • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. & push/pull 700 lbs. of medical equipment (on wheels) up ramps to load/unload equipment onto trucks daily • Previous mechanical/technical experience &/or experience in the medical industry is a plus • Strong computer skills for basic administrative tasks, reporting and online training • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 Come join us and make a difference in the lives of patients all over the country.
