Full-time, temp to hire opening as a Production Operator with a laidback and stable manufacturing company in Hillsboro! This essential manufacturing company, supports the semiconductor industry by producing industrial polishing pads, providing competitive pay, job stability and growth potential! Great benefits once hired on permanently including regular pay incentives for performance and attendance. You will always get a three-to-four-day weekend! As a Production Operator, you will be: • Cleaning and prepping polishing pads • Finishing completed polishing pads for final shipment • Performing basic data entry on a computer Schedules: • Sunday – Tuesday w/ rotating Wednesdays 5:30am – 6:00pm • Sunday – Tuesday w/ rotating Saturdays 5:30pm – 6:00am • Thursday – Saturday w/ rotating Wednesdays 5:30am – 6:00pm • Wednesday – Friday w/ rotating Saturdays 5:30pm – 6:00am Pay: • $18-$20 per hour depending on shift Production Operator Benefits: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance upon permanent hire • PTO/Oregon sick time • 401K • Opportunities for promotion and development Located conveniently in Hillsboro!
