Pay varies greatly, desire to perform in public necessary. You, financially stable and not depending upon music for income and wanting to play in public. Very experienced and versatile, love of the music and wanting to play melody based tunes in public gigs and doing harmonically rich show tunes and the like which are listener friendly.
