Apartment Maintenance Caretaker in Lima, NY We have an opening to fill a part-time maintenance caretaker position. The successful applicant will be performing apartment maintenance duties in Lima, NY. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, good customer service skills, trustworthy, punctual and has general maintenance experience including; painting, lawn maintenance, snow removal, cleaning and minor repairs. You will be working under and taking direction from the company wide maintenance supervisor. A valid NYS driver’s license is required and the successful candidate must have a clean record and pass a criminal background check.
