Hiring a part time employee to help maintain are over 23 parking lots in the downtown Raleigh area.
Must be able to work 5:00AM-9:00AM Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Must have reliable transportation. You will drive in your own vehicle to clean each parking lot.
Pay is 13$/HR. We also will reimburse you.56c for each mile that you drive.
Job duties include:
General upkeep and cleaning of parking garage and surface lots.
Performing general walk-throughs of the garage, picking up trash, walking in-between vehicles, and collecting trash bags for disposal.
Sweep hallways, wipe down parking equipment, wipe down signs, and do a thorough job of picking up trash at all sites.
Ensure signage is properly displayed and updating signage in accordance with pricing.
