Yesterday around 12pm my 3 year old lab skipped the fence. Animal control has been alerted, but they haven't found him yet. He went missing around Oliver and Lincoln. He's completely black with a white stripe down his chest, he answers to Ander, and his bark/growl is fake, he will most likely try to push you over to get pet.
