We have part time work available, 1- 2 days a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays (during the day, not nights or weekends), 6 hours a day, doing basic help with rental properties in Clifton. We do background checks/drug testing. Help with clearing clutter in basements, light duties, some yard care, knowledge to fix small things is not necessary, but a plus. Must be energetic, have constant working cell phone and reliable vehicle. Our properties are smoke free, therefore, no smoking on job.
Best if you live in Clifton or very close to Clifton because, sometimes not often, I may need someone to respond to a situation quickly.
Decent pay. We're a small company and are proud of our well maintained properties and expect you to be sharp.
