I have a home in Bainbridge Georgia which is about 45 minutes from Tallahassee. I will purchase all the materials. I need the following work done Please text me with your quote. Plumbing: remove 2 old tubs and install 2 new tubs Remove 2 toilets and install 2 new toilets Remove 2 vanity sinks and install 2 new sinks Remove old kitchen sink and install 1 new kitchen sink. Remove old water heater and install a new tankless water heater to a different location Electrical: Remove old ceiling fans and install new ceiling fans (3) Add one ceiling fan (1) Chamge out old ceiling mount lights and replace with new (5) Replace vanity lights (2) Replace Porch lights (2) Add and change a few outlets around in the kitchen and bath. Other work: Add a wall with 2×4, sheet rock, mudd tape and texture Frame in a door and imstall door. Small section of drywall on ceiling needs sheetrock finished. Remove old windows and replace with new windows (10) Flooring: Lay laminate / vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms.
