Then join us and help to contribute to the success of the local ice arena! We are currently accepting applications for a Part-Time Custodial Facility Specialist. This position is responsible for general custodial and facility maintenance duties at Hobbs Ice Arena. Duties include: completing a daily checklist of facility cleaning tasks in various areas of the arena (bathrooms, locker rooms, meeting rooms, etc.); snow removal in the winter months; and equipment maintenance and repairs (changing light bulbs, replacing scrubber brushes, etc.). This position also has potential to work with the ice maintenance equipment (training provided, if needed). The ideal candidate must have strong communication and customer service skills and must possess or obtain (within 30 days of hire) and maintain a valid Wisconsin driver’s license. Custodial/facility operations experience in an event/athletic facility is preferred. This is a part-time, non-benefit eligible position consisting of approximately 20 hours per week. Typical schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Wage range: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour. Application deadline: Wednesday, December 15th, 2021.
