Toothed vampire cat in downtown Fairborn needs a home

We've been feeding "Fang" for a few weeks, and he camps on our back patio. Unfortunately our back patio is about to be demolished for a refurb, so Fang needs a new pad. Fang is a few years old, a boy, and he seems to know how to separate living space from outside because he's never used the restroom or anything else inside our patio. He's mostly solid black with a white patch on his chest. He has GIANT incisors that make him look like a bobcat, and instill ample amounts of visual derp. He also purrs like a washing machine with a brick in it, headbutts those he loves, and will sleep on your shoulder if permitted. He's friendly and doesn't mind being held. He still has his claws. Fang will come with a litter box, litter, food, and a bed. Asking a $30 rehoming fee to make sure he goes to a good home. *Additional photos can be provided upon request.
