Full time custodial position available in Lake Mary. compensation: starting pay 12.50- 15.00/hour Hours: 12pm - 8pm Monday - Friday Fast growing company is looking for custodians in the Lake Mary area. Qualified applicant must possess a valid drivers license and have their own transportation. Ideal applicant must be able to work unsupervised, follow written procedures, interact with clients, have superior attention to detail and present a neat and clean appearance. We provide uniform shirts. Ongoing training will be provided. Please follow the link provided and fill out the questionnaire. 16-40 hours/ week. Paid bi-weekly. Full time and part time available. YOU are a big part of our success. What You'll Do: Clean and stock restrooms, break-rooms, etc. Gather and empty trash and replace trash bags Clean floors (sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum). Dust furniture, walls, etc and polish windows, etc. Oversee account building Follow all health and safety regulations What You'll Need : Experience in Housekeeping, Janitorial services, Custodial, commercial cleaning industry is a big plus. Be able to be consistent and on time Integrity and ability to work independently Ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, reach, and climb for extended periods of time Ability to lift 30 lbs. on a continuous basis.
