This job will primarily be painting rooms and common spaces/inside and out at the Fountain Beach Resort a Condotel. With that said, for consideration applicants should have some painting experience and/or skills to perform the job. This chosen applicant will be trained in other light duty tasks such as re programming TVs. changing batteries in door locks and re setting the programming as well as other tasks that are needed. This position will be to assist the lead members of maintenance as needed. Applicant will need to work independently as the majority of the work load will be addressing painting needs.
