Looking for Technician To Fix Electric Scooter

I own a Swagger 5 electric scooter and bought it refurbished. When I first got it, I noticed the battery was not screwed down all the way and when I would ride it over some light bumpy terrain it started making noise, completely knocked loose and then caused my scooter to not start. I opened it, screwed the battery back down but I still face issues of the scooter shutting off randomly and not turning back on. I am looking for a technician who knows how to repair electric bikes that could possibly give a free assessment and then I will pay after the problem has been corrected. Thank you.
