$300 - In-home interview for adults 60+ who had knee surgery this year

Our company is developing an in-home recovery and fitness product for folks coming off of knee surgery. The product is a portable bike that contains customized exercise programs - virtual bike rides and fitness classes - that are curated to match your knee pain, fitness levels, and real life goals. Find out more about the product and company here: We are conducting rounds of user studies in Austin to test new features and the overall user satisfaction with the product. The study will begin the week of December 6th and go for 6 weeks where we ask that you simply use the product and give us honest feedback about your experience. This is an in-home study, meaning that one of our field technicians will come to your home to deliver and install the product and will then come in 6 weeks to pick it up. During the study, you will be required to conduct weekly 60 minute interviews over zoom with our research team where they will ask questions about your experience and look for ways to improve the product. We understand that we are entering the holiday season and will work with you to accommodate for scheduling issues on the week of 12/20 and 12/27. We are very specifically looking for individuals over the age 60 who have had knee surgery in the last 12 months. Payment will be sent out at the completion of the study via a $300 amazon gift card.
