10 Dollar adoption Fee per Bird (if you already have parakeets of your own.) I will not adopt out single birds into a home without already having birds. They get lonely and its cruel to them. Otherwise, its 20 per Pair of birds. The bird cage in the picture is of good size for two birds and comes with toys included. I am asking 20 dollars for that cage and will ONLY sell to anyone who is adopting birds. Do you find yourself in need of happy chirps? I have several Parakeets that can provide daily chirps to brighten your day and sooth your nerves. All they require is a nice cage large enough for them to be happy, play, eat seed and kale. If you decide to provide a nesting box you will also enjoy several of the mating ritual dances the males are required to provide to the females before booty rubbing can occur. Such dances include The bob head shuffle, Beak tip hop and one of the more popular ones with the less experienced males, MC Hammer dance. I have 2-3 females and 2 males who really enjoy playing and interacting with each other. The males do not bite and are still well under 1 year old. The females nip but all are friendly if handled properly. If you are that one guy from Bangladesh who was rude to me and told me to go pick out parakeets, please do not respond to this ad, I will NEVER adopt out any birds to you ever again.
