We are looking for an Affordable Handyman. We specialize in buying and selling manufactured homes in the surrounding areas and need someone that is dependable, affordable, and has a good attitude. We are currently doing 2-4 jobs per month. Typical work we do is: -Sheetrock -Paint -Fix subfloors -Repair cabinets -Build decks -Minor electric -Minor plumbing -Install skirting -etc We use a Scope of Work Contract with deadlines. We pay for all materials. We Do Not pay anything upfront. We pay for labor cost once the job is completed. We pay with business check and Zelle only.
