Who you are As a Senior Maintenance Technician in Atlanta, GA, you’re responsible for conducting tasks associated with facility operations while assuring high standards of customer service, unwavering optimism and professionalism always, including timely response to and resolution of any client’s requests or concerns. You quickly identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety. You have a strong work ethic and bring a positive, customer-centric approach to your work. What you bring: 4+ years building/facilities Maintenance experience. Demonstrated working knowledge in HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems. Strong understanding of building mechanical systems. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. A valid driver’s license. Bonus skills (not required) A state and US EPA approved universal refrigeration certificate, to work on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. Experience with painting, drywall and light carpentry/construction projects Background in troubleshooting, operation, replacement, repair and maintenance mechanical systems and controls preferred. BAS Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks What success looks like: Successfully maintain CMMS work order system. Enter, perform and complete work orders and inspections in the work order tracking software. Responsive to tenant requests in the areas of safety, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and environmental needs through personal contact as well as Angus.
